If you are free, join us on May 28th at 11:00 AM as we kick-off construction on the Interstate 57/Highway 5 interchange in Cabot.

This groundbreaking marks the start of a very important $50 MILLION infrastructure project for the area.

The project will bring major upgrades, including a new Single Point Urban Interchange (SPUI) and the replacement of the current bridge over I-57. (We will share the rendering of the SPUI as soon as it is available)

These improvements are all about making travel smoother, safer, and more efficient—while also supporting the region’s continued growth.

We hope you can make it to celebrate this exciting milestone with us! More information to come soon but this is only the beginning of more traffic improvements for Cabot!

Yes — I know how to operate equipment and understand the work happening on the ground. But the real job of a County Judge isn’t to sit behind the wheel of every machine. It’s to lead, organize, delegate, and make sure the right people and departments are working together efficiently for the people of Lonoke County.

A good County Judge is the CEO of the county — setting priorities, managing budgets responsibly, building strong teams, and making sure the job gets done right.

Leadership matters. Vision matters. Teamwork matters.

I am ready to step forward and serve Lonoke County with purpose, integrity, and honesty.

You know what people want for their roads?

Not this.

Bad roads don’t just damage personal vehicles — they slow down first responders, delay emergency response times, tear up county equipment, and end up costing taxpayers even more money in repairs.

Lonoke County deserves roads that are safe, reliable, and taken care of the right way.

Toby Troutman understands that better roads mean safer communities, faster emergency response, and smarter use of taxpayer dollars.

Vote Toby Troutman for County Judge — and let’s get these roads fixed. 🛣️

“Cowboys ride on trails. Businessmen ride on paved roads.”

That line says a lot about where Lonoke County is—and where it needs to go.

We’re proud of our roots. This county was built on hard work, grit, and integrity. But as we grow, we can’t afford to stay stuck in the past when it comes to infrastructure, planning, and leadership.

Good roads aren’t a luxury—they’re essential. They support our families, our farmers, our first responders, and our local businesses. They’re how we grow, how we attract opportunity, and how we move forward.

Toby Troutman understands that real leadership means balancing where we came from with where we’re going. His vision is clear:

- Invest in reliable, well-maintained roads across the county
- Use taxpayer dollars wisely and responsibly
- Bring transparency and accountability back to local government
- Support smart growth that benefits everyone, not just a few

Lonoke County doesn’t have to choose between its heritage and its future. Toby Troutman is proud to carry on a legacy of leadership as the son of Charlie Troutman, who served as Lonoke County Judge for a decade—while bringing a fresh vision for what comes next.

It’s time to build on that foundation and move forward.

“You’ve gotta be more than a cowboy to be County Judge.”

And that’s the truth.

There’s nothing wrong with being a cowboy—in fact, Lonoke County was built on people like that. Hardworking. Resilient. Grounded. Toby Troutman is proud of those roots as a rancher.

But being County Judge requires more.

It requires leadership that understands budgets—not just in theory, but in practice. It requires someone who knows how to manage multiple large-scale projects at once, make tough financial decisions, and keep things running efficiently behind the scenes.

Toby Troutman is not just a rancher—he’s a businessman and CEO who has managed multimillion-dollar operations, overseen large teams, and handled complex projects from start to finish. He understands what it takes to run something the size and scope of a growing county.

That kind of real-world experience matters.

It means better planning. Smarter spending. And leadership that knows how to turn vision into results.

Toby brings the most experience in this kind of work—and he’s ready to put it to use for the people of Lonoke County.

And just like his father, Charlie Troutman, who served Lonoke County for over a decade, Toby believes in the potential of this county. He’s not just continuing a legacy—he’s building on it, with a clear plan to move Lonoke County forward.

Because the job isn’t just about where we’ve been—it’s about where we’re going.

Lonoke County, here’s the truth:

For 16 years, we’ve seen the same leadership—and with that, many of the same problems. Roads that need attention. A lack of transparency. Decisions being made without clear communication to the people they impact.

I am running with a clear vision for change:

✔️ Open and honest communication with the public
✔️ Smarter budgeting and responsible use of taxpayer dollars
✔️ A real plan to improve and maintain our county roads
✔️ Leadership that is accountable to you—not politics

This isn’t about promises—it’s about a plan and the willingness to follow through.

If you want the next four years to look different than the last sixteen, the choice is yours.

Know your options and vote informed this November.

“In the spirit of Donald Trump… help me make Lonoke County great again.”

Here’s the truth:

Government shouldn’t be slow, wasteful, or unorganized—but right now, too often, it is.

That means fixing it.

Cut the red tape.
Stop wasting money.
Get projects done on time.
No excuses. No politics. Just results.

That’s what Toby Troutman brings to the table.
