🚨SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING ISSUED AUGUST 26 AT 11:09PM EDT UNTIL AUGUST 26 AT 11:45PM EDT BY NWS INDIANAPOLIS IN 🚨

Details from the NWS:

At 1109 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 miles west of Paoli to 9 miles north of Jasper,
moving southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Shoals, Loogootee, Cannelburg, Alfordsville, West Boggs Lake, Huron,
and Lacy.

⚠️ INSTRUCTIONS:

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
