Lopez Island Family Resource Center (LIFRC)

Lopez Island Family Resource Center (LIFRC) The Lopez Island Family Resource Center provides resources and guidance necessary to meet the basic needs of the entire community.

When families face difficult times, we act as a safety net, helping them meet basic needs through programs like Lopez Fresh and rental assistance. Our technology lab, employment and life skills classes, and various workshops provide you with the skills you need to succeed in this technological age. After-school programs, Readiness to Learn family advocates, our mentor program, and Lopez Summer Wor

kshops allow your child to thrive both in and out of the classroom. We also provide resources and referrals, connecting you to important services on the local, state, and federal levels. Above all, our goal is to facilitate the building of bridges within our unique community, allowing people to connect as teachers, mentors, helpers, and friends.

Have you registered for summer camps yet?

Several of our summer specialty camps have already filled and moved to a waitlist, but there are still a handful of openings in a few exciting programs for youth entering grades 6–9.

Whether your child wants to learn lifesaving skills, explore Lopez's incredible shorelines, or try something completely new, now is the time to sign up.

-Intro to First Aid
-Marine Explorers
-Intro to Taekwondo

Thanks to support from the 21st Century Community Learning Center grant, these camps are free for full-time Lopez Island youth residents.

Space is limited and registration is first come, first served. To register today, click on the link below. https://lopezislandfamilyresourcecenter.sportsites.com/
