Our very own Chef Brian is bringing his culinary talents to the Lorain Lighthouse Dinner Series, pairing incredible food with breathtaking Lake Erie sunsets and carefully selected wines. ✨
This special evening features a 4-course dinner paired with 4 different wines, making it the perfect date night, celebration, or bucket-list experience right here in Lorain!
🍤 First Course
Shrimp cocktail with house-made cocktail sauce and a fresh lemon wedge
🥗 Second Course
Mixed berry salad with mixed greens, candied pecans, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, goat cheese, and pomegranate vinaigrette
🍽️ Third Course (Choose One)
• 4-cheese stuffed cannelloni in white truffle cream sauce finished with vincotto

• Chicken Marsala with roasted red skin potatoes
