⚠️Lake update for Thursday, May 28th, 2026. ⚠️
Due to the recent heavy precipitation, the lake is nearly 3.5 feet above normal. The lake has crested for the most part and should start to recede. Expected dry weather over the coming days will be helpful in lowering the level.
🟡 While none of the boat ramps are officially closed, access is very difficult and/or limited at Salt Fork Marina (especially the South Ramp), Park Office ramp and the campground ramp. The best ramps to use during this time are Morning Glory, Cabin Ramp and Sugartree Marina.
🟢 Salt Fork Lodge and Conference Center, cabins, golf course, and campground are OPEN and access is NOT affected. For the most part, main roads in and around the park are open.
🟢 Seasonal dock holders are able to access all docks.
🔺 Please keep in mind, portions of boat ramps may still be submerged (such as the concrete pier) even if the ramp is usable.
