Friday, 9-4-26, we host or first varsity football for the 26-27 season. We host Erath starting at 7:00 PM

A few reminders:
1. Clear bag policy is in effect
2. No pets allowed
3. No drones allowed
4. Anyone parked on LHS property must be inside the fences. No one is allowed to watch from the parking lot or the car rider line along Ed Broussard Rd. (Part of our security protocols).
5. Parking in the faculty parking lot is reserved for faculty, security, volunteers, and our reserved parking spot winners.
6. Admission is $10 cash only.
7. We have sold reserved seats so please be respectful of those seats marked with the reserved stickers.

Congratulations to our Assistant Chief Darryon Babineaux for winning Best EMT at The Daily Iberian - Best of The Teche last night. This is a well earned and much deserved award.

As we share the road with school buses, keeping our community's children safe requires a team effort from all drivers.

Please keep these crucial safety rules in mind every time you get behind the wheel:
🚗Maintain a Safe Distance: Always stay a safe distance behind school buses so you have plenty of time to stop when they prepare to load or unload.
🏫Obey Speed Limits: Strictly adhere to local school zone speed limits to protect children walking to and from their stops.
📵Go Hands-Free: Follow all hands-free cell phone laws to eliminate distractions and keep your eyes entirely on the road.
🚶Watch for Pedestrians: Be extra vigilant for young, unpredictable pedestrians walking near bus stops, crosswalks, and sidewalks.
