Aaron is headed to VCU. 💙
Class schedule? Check.
Dorm assignment? Check.
Excited, nervous, ready-for-whatever-comes-next energy? Definitely.

After a strong high school experience, Aaron is getting ready to leave home and begin his first year at Virginia Commonwealth University.

And this is a big deal.

College is not just a new school. It is a new city, new routines, new people, new responsibilities, and a whole lot of figuring things out for the first time.

So Career Power is helping make that transition a little easier with a college readiness kit filled with some of the essentials he will need to settle into dorm life and start the semester prepared.

But the kit is only one piece of the story. Aaron has worked hard to get here.
He is stepping into this next chapter with confidence, maturity, and a family and community cheering him on.

Aaron, we cannot wait to see what you do at VCU. Go make us proud. 🎓💙

Last Monday night was one of those nights. ❤️

The kind where people walk in, start talking, start laughing, and before long the room just feels good. We had such a wonderful evening at Kitchen on Purpose, and we want to give the biggest shoutout to the residents who joined us.

You made the night. You brought the conversation.

You brought the energy. You made the kitchen feel like exactly what we hoped it would feel like: a place to gather, learn, connect, and enjoy being together.

Programs matter.

But people are what make them special.

Thank you to everyone who came and made Monday night such a great one. 💙
