The city of Little Cottonwoods was affectionately described as A Jewel of a City. The City’s seal, designed by longtime resident William A. Daniels, captures the ancestry of the region. The official flower, the Daisy, reflects the importance of our City’s youth since it was nominated by a young boy because it was his mother’s favorite flower. Scheduled Maintenance Power Outage ⚡

Planned maintenance is coming to your area.

🕣 8:30 PM – 2:30 AM

Power will be temporarily turned off while Southern California Edison (SCE) completes a pole upgrade. SCE will keep the outage area as small as possible and work to restore power as quickly and safely as conditions allow.

These are just a few of the many Los Alamitos High School Hall of Famers who have gone on to achieve remarkable things:

🎬 Before becoming a global star in The Mandalorian and The Last of Us, Pedro Pascal spent part of his high school years in Los Alamitos.

📺 Jodie Sweetin, best known as Stephanie Tanner on Full House and Fuller House, has entertained audiences around the world through television.

⚾ J.T. Snow showcased excellence on the baseball field as a World Series champion and six-time Gold Glove winner.

🤸 Cathy Rigby inspired generations through her Olympic achievements and performing arts career.
