Now, farmers can scan the QR code on the new California WIC Card to accept the WIC Fruits and Vegetables Benefit. Use this cash-value benefit all year-round to access fresh, healthy produce. Supporting local farmers while providing nutritious options for your family has never been easier! 🌽🥕🍎

The monthly benefit amounts are:
� $26 for children ages 1 to 5​
� $48 for people who are pregnant and postpartum
� $52 for people who are breastfeeding
� $78 for individuals breastfeeding more than one infant

📣 LIMITED TIME OFFER! 📣 WIC families can get up to $25 bonus coupons per visit at participating farmers’ markets.

🥛 Swap some of your milk for other healthy options like tofu or yogurt.

🥚 Need a different protein? You can swap your eggs for items like peanut butter, canned or dry beans, or tofu. Ask your WIC counselor about your new options.
