Rear Adm. Marc Lederer, Director of OPNAV Task Force 250, and Ms. Victoria Krikorian, Foreign Policy Advisor to the Chief of Naval Operations, join U.S. Naval Attachés and leaders of the International Naval Review (INR) 250 planning team for a group photo inside Marshall Hall at National Defense University on Fort Lesley J. McNair. The leaders met to coordinate multinational participation in the upcoming INR 250 in New York City, a historic global maritime event that is part of the nation's 250th birthday celebration.
