Mt. Washington Elementary PTA Mt. Washington Elementary PTA is the Parent-Teacher Association for Mt. Washington Elementary School. The Mt.

Washington Elementary School Parent Teacher Association (MWPTA) brings together parents, teachers, and members of the administration to advocate for our school’s children, enrich their educational experience, and uphold the PTA motto: “Every Child, One Voice.”

We host a wide range of fun, community-building events for students and their families throughout the year. We also offer affordable afte

r-school programs to enrich your child’s academic, creative and social experience, and provide many different ways for parents to participate in school life. Perhaps most importantly, we fundraise for crucial academic support and programs. This year your generous donations provided five teacher’s aides, drama and visual arts education, physical education, social-emotional and mental health supports and many other programs our students and teachers love.

The MWPTA is introducing a brand new program called Take Care Club at MWE! Take Care Club is a volunteer program for kids to come together and practice community care through acts of service.

The first meeting is THIS FRIDAY, November 7th at 2:45pm in the MPR. Parents are welcome and encouraged to join!

Moonlight Howl tickets are down!

Looks like our Moonlight Howl ticket page is affected by the huge Amazon Web Services outage. For now, tickets are offline. Fingers crossed this will be resolved soon.

At least AWS can't take out the PTA volunteer force, so you can still buy tickets in front of the school all week. Bring cash! And yes, we'll extend our Early Bird sale (5 free tix with purchase) until Wednesday.
