It was a busy week in the Washington D.C. area for our Honor Guard. We participated in the National Fallen Fighters Memorial in Emmitsburg, MD where we paid tribute to our fallen brother Captain Steve McCann along with an earlier visit to Arlington Cemetery where we took part in a special ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. We also had the pleasure of dining with one of our original Honor Guard members, Battalion Chief Joey Reed. It was a good week

“It is with great sorrow the share the unexpected passing of FF Jonathan Flagler. At approximately 2:49 a.m. this morning, Fire Fighter Flagler sustained fatal injuries while engaged in firefighting operations at a single-family residence in Rancho Palos Verdes.”
