Accusations against protesters arrested by immigration agents fell apart under scrutiny; tune in tonight for a ProPublica-FRONTLINE documentary on the people caught in Trump’s immigration crackdown; and one ProPublica reporter’s quest to find out who was impersonating him.

ProPublica and FRONTLINE found more than 300 protesters and bystanders who were arrested on charges like assaulting an immigration agent or interfering with law enforcement. Over and over, the accusations fell apart under scrutiny.
