In an effort to help curb COVID-19, we will not be decorating for Halloween this year. LA County has now put a ban on trick-or-treating.

BUT, The Valley Villagers choir will be releasing two virtual choir videos for Halloween and 4 songs for Christmas, so stay tuned!

ANNOUNCEMENT!

My partner and I were thinking it could be fun to put together a local choir (age 16+) for this Christmas made up of Valley Villagers. We could pick a date in December and have an official block party and perform for the village, and then have a dessert potluck.

If you're a really good singer, can read music (or at least have a really good ear) and are interested, email Jeff & Eric at [email protected].

We both have a background in musical theater. Jeff is a musical director/conductor and Eric worked in stage management and producing/directing for over 20 years.

We would probably upload the vocal parts to YouTube so people could practice at home, and then have a few vocal part and then group rehearsals. Then we could pick a date and see about putting together a block party.

Halloween is just around the corner! This year we're planning a candy toss starting at 5:00 PM at the intersection of Morrison and Bellingham. We're also planning to have a goodies potluck for the adults as well, and we will be collecting donations for one or two charities.
