Proposition 3 will appear on the November 2026 ballot, asking California voters to permanently extend higher income tax rates on top earners. First enacted in 2012 and renewed in 2016, these rates make sure our schools are funded and protect healthcare and essential community services. Without this measure, the current tax rates will expire after 2030, cutting state revenue by billions annually and threatening funding for critical programs.
