Gong Flow Yoga Gong Flow Yoga is a merger of two ancient practices; yoga and sound medtiation. We host deeply restorative events all over Los Angeles. Why gongs?

The gong gives you a grasp of the infinite: it will give you a glimpse of what is it like to be without thought. People who think they can never relax, or meditate...this is for you. For those with a strong practice...it's pure nectar. Gong Flow Yoga is a forty-five minute yoga practice combined with a forty-five minute deep sound immersion. We also host restorative yoga events where participants

slowly open their bodies without effort. During our meditation concerts, participants lie down on the ground beneath lavender eye pillows, and go on an inner journey that brings you back to your core.
