I recently started doing therapy and I'm really enjoying it. It's a great way to help others in a more direct route. I noticed that a few of the clients I'm working with could benefit from practicing gratitude, writing nice things about themselves and meditation... so, I decided I would incorporate those things into my life as well. The biggest hurdle is going to be meditation. I never could get my mind to stop enough to do it. But, I've heard nothing but benefits to it, so.. here is to giving it a shot.
