The City Attorney isn’t just the city’s attorney— this office is every Angeleno’s attorney. We need someone like Marissa Roy, someone who is committed to protecting working families and everyday people, representing our city. 

Marissa Roy is a civil rights attorney who has spent her career fighting for workers, suing Trump, and defending tenants. She understands the realities folks in LA are facing and she has a plan to help.

When we endorsed Tom, we faced immediate pushback.

Let me make something very clear. We are done with middle-of-the-road Democrats who uphold the status quo while we struggle to afford it.

1. Tom is for CalCare (state gov pays for all medical costs!!! No more private insurance 🙅🏾‍♀️)
2. Tom will build 1,000,000 affordable homes by closing Trump’s tax loophole. (make them pay their fair share🤑🤑)
3. Tom has a plan to end private prison incentives, hold officers accountable, and prosecute ICE agents. (progress towards ending state sanctioned violence✊🏾)
4. Tom supports divesting the UC. (stop investing in imperialism ❤️‍🩹🌎)
