The One Tree Village Project is about more than building housing. It’s about creating a path toward stability.

This $14.3 million investment will bring 58 permanent supportive housing units to Los Banos for people experiencing homelessness, pairing a place to call home with wrap-around services designed to help residents move forward.

🏠 Permanent supportive housing
🤝 On-site case management
🩺 Connections to health care and substance use treatment
💼 Employment and income-support services
🌱 Resources to help residents build long-term stability

The project is made possible through contributions from California’s Encampment Resolution Fund and Central California Alliance for Health’s Alliance Housing Fund.

Construction is now underway, with occupancy of the new units expected to begin this winter.
