NMNG Soldiers, are you missing out on this free benefit? Having the Guard plate saves you money! It’s super easy to get!

Step 1: Vehicle must be registered and titled in the name of an actively serving member of the National Guard.

Step 2: follow this link to download the MVD application for a NG plate.https://www.mvd.newmexico.gov/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/mvd10247.pdf

Step 3: plate will arrive to your address once your service is verified. (Mine took 4 weeks)

Keep in mind, you must already have the vehicle registered in NM.

I had the privilege of being SGT Vargas’ recruiter back when he was a senior at St Pius. Today he won NCO of the year and the top physical fitness award. I am extremely proud of this young man and I am excited to see his future accomplishments! Great job, SGT!
