Meals are available to all children ages 18 and under! The meals are free and help your kids get the nutrition they need

Thank you to the Lawrence County Sheriff's Office, who recently recognized the 2026 D.A.R.E (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) essay award winners from Blaine, Fallsburg, and Louisa East Elementary School students. LC Schools SRO and LC Deputy Greg Powers provided D.A.R.E. educational lessons throughout the school year and presented the awards.

Thank you to the LC Sheriff's Impact Program, which also donated a $25 gift card to each of the essay winners! The D.A.R.E program is essential in that it provides lessons to our students, teaching them decision-making skills to resist substance abuse, violence, and peer pressure. You are making a difference in our students' lives! Thank you!

Registration for the 2026 Bulldog Basketball Summer Camp!

Mark your calendars! Registration for the Bulldog Basketball Summer Camp will take place on Monday, June 8th, at 8 AM in the LCHS lobby.

Cost: $50 per camper
Eligibility: Open to students in grades kindergarten through 8th grade!

Campers will have the opportunity to learn essential skills including:
- Fundamentals
- Ball handling
- Rebounding
- Defense & Offense
- Live play action and much more!
