We are currently accepting applications to join our team for full-time, on-call, and part-time positions. Start and end times vary per work order.
Crew Member Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Pressure washing commercial kitchen exhaust hood systems
- Cleaning kitchens and equipment, hand detailing, and learning hood system components
- Conducting standard inspections and assisting licensed fire protection contractors with installations and services
Compensation:
The hourly pay range is $15-$25, based on availability, performance, experience, and knowledge. Opportunities for advancement are available after a 90-day probationary period. Training pay starts at $15.00 per hour (typically 1-2 weeks). Following training, a performance evaluation conducted by the crew supervisor will determine pay increases.
Scheduling:
We offer full-time, on-call, and part-time schedules. Days may vary due to demand. Schedules are posted for the entire month and are subject to change due to emergency services, new clients, etc. Opportunities for extra hours are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Start times range from 9 p.m.-11 p.m., and end times range from 2 a.m.-5 a.m.

We offer opportunities for advancement, including sales and marketing positions with commission.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Eye for detail – this is FIRE PROTECTION CLEANINGS!
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Acceptance of getting dirty
