In this hands-on beginners basket-weaving class, fiber artist Izzy Hoffman will illustrate how to start a basket and build up its form. You will see examples of baskets and be encouraged to be creative and think outside of the box on what a basket can be/look like!

All supplies provided. You may also bring some of your own yarn if you'd like, but there will be plenty to share.

Join us for an inclusive workshop where we'll learn to honor our garments through the art of visible mending. Mending our clothes helps us to appreciate the work put into making our clothes, provides an outlet for self expression, and gives us autonomy. ✂

All experience levels are welcome. Please feel free to bring garments to mend or swap, fabric scraps, or anything else you'd like to craft with! Or don't bring anything at all! 👕

6/17 from 5p to 7p. Register at ltl.tools.

đŸ§œ DON’T BE MEAN, RETURN IT CLEAN!!! đŸ§œ
Wet/dry vacs are available to help you do the dirty work, but no one wants to borrow a vacuum with someone’s mystery dirt all over it! It only takes 5 minutes to make a shop vac look brand new, as seen from these photos. The next member who borrows it will appreciate it!

We also loan out cleaning tools to help you bring tools back better than you found them.
