Crews are out collecting for Crusade for Children. We are set up in four locations. We will be out all week from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm through Friday June 5th.

Over the past eight days, four of our members went to Virgina Beach, VA for class. Three of those members went through the Structural Collapse Specialist portion of the class and one member attended the Rescue Squad Officer portion of the class. All four members successfully completed the minimum 80-hours of their class. Congratulations to these four members:

Structural Collapse Specialist (SCS):
Sgt: Robb Lopp
FF: Jenn Casey
FF: Matthew Allendorf

Rescue Squad Officer (RSO):
Sgt: Matt Newman

With the completion of this class, Okolona now has a total of 13 members who are SCS and three members who additionally are RSO.
