CX'rs,
This is an open invitation for anyone wanting a good workout on Wednesdays. Turnout so far has been light but know that everyone is welcome and groups will be built around the riders. Plan to do 2x4 laps with 1-3 groups at 7-8 RPE this week. If you don't have a cx bike bring your MTB. See you there!

Note; the park is shaping up. Parks has been making an effort to cut the field and should be done this week. Outside of that the rest is in good shape to ride.
