Kentucky State University proudly celebrated a historic moment at the Exum Center as Frank Taylor delivered the commencement address to the Class of 2026. During the ceremony, the university’s 19th President, Dr. Koffi C. Akakpo, presented Frank Taylor with an honorary Doctorate degree in recognition of his outstanding leadership, service, and unwavering dedication to the university and community.

The occasion marked a powerful and inspiring celebration of achievement, legacy, and commitment to future generations of graduates.
