Thank you to Corydon Central High School for honoring all the Veterans and allowing us to be apart of their Veterans Day Ceremony today. U.S. Army 3rd Recruiting Brigade’s Commander, COL Allen, was the keynote speaker and some of our best local Recruiters made up the Color Guard!

Stuff The Bus August 19th!

Mix 106.9 Louisville has Teamed up with the Army Recruiting Louisville, KY to bring you STUFF THE BUS!

We are collecting school supply donations to help support the needs of JCPS teachers and students, and we need your help!!!
Please donate the necessary school supplies to our event to help support the students and teachers of Breckinridge Franklin Elementary and Milburn T. Maupin Elementary School

We are holding our STUFF THE BUS event on August 19, 2023 from (12noon- 5pm) at the U.S Recruitment Center at 9144 Taylorsville Rd, Louisville, KY 40299!

Big Red , Sunkist Soda, Snapple, and more will be at the event handing out FREE drinks! (Core water, Snapple, Big Red, Sunkist, and Canada Dry and more)

Congratulations to our Packhorse Observers, Coaches and Trainers Master Sgt. Joshua Fernandez, Sgt. 1st Class Brian Liddell and Sgt. 1st Class Joseph Carroll on receiving the Kentucky Colonel Certificate, an award signed by the Governor of Kentucky that recognizes individuals that display exceptional good will and service to their community. The Colonel Certificates were presented by Senior leaders from Army Recruiting Louisville, KY, whom our OC/T’s have worked alongside extensively to get after our recruitment mission. As our OC/T’s continue to train and validate our U.S. Army Reserve partners for successful future missions, they also are engaged in our community through volunteer missions, and educating the public on how a career with the U.S. Army can positively impact lives and inspire others to .

Come see us at 6822 Bardstown Road today as we celebrate the Grand Opening of our new Preston Recruiting Station! 99.7 WJX “The Hits” will be here from 11-1pm. We’ll be doing a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Fern Creek Chamber of Commerce. There will be cake and food trucks. Festivities will begin at 11am.
