A 2-hour service requirement. That's all it was supposed to be.

Natalie and Mabry, two Bellarmine University freshmen, volunteered with us this week through their Knights 101 orientation program, part of a group of 12. By the end of their shift, they were already talking about coming back.

"Dress for Success Louisville empowers women to be ready and confident going into the workforce," Natalie said.

Our mission centers on women, but the group saw firsthand that this work is something everyone can be a part of: showing up, learning, and helping others grow.

Service starts small, but the impact doesn't stop there.
