🔨☀️ Today marks the first day of SummerWorks participants working throughout the city, and we're excited to welcome another group of young people ready to gain valuable hands-on work experience!

These photos capture SummerWorks participants on the job with our Blueprint 502 Construction team, where they're learning practical construction skills, building confidence, developing strong work habits, and earning a paycheck while preparing for their future careers.

Programs like SummerWorks provide more than just summer employment - they create opportunities for young people to explore career pathways, build professional skills, and make meaningful contributions to our community.

We're proud to partner in helping Louisville's youth gain the experience they need to succeed. We can't wait to see all they'll accomplish this summer!

If you're between the ages of 18 and 24 and looking for a path toward a brighter future, YouthBuild Louisville can help you take the next step.

Our next class is scheduled to begin in September, and now is the perfect time to get connected, register, and attend upcoming information sessions.

At YouthBuild Louisville, participants can:
