Looking for a fun afternoon activity for your older elementary kiddos? Join us at the McCollum Library for some Dino Keychain Making! ✂️🧵

Kids will get to practice their cutting and sewing skills to create their very own prehistoric pal to hang on their backpacks. 🎒✨

The Summer Reading Program (SRP) is officially here! We have a packed calendar of scavenger hunts, movie days, and even magic shows. Check out the schedule below and make sure to mark your calendars:

Week 1 Highlights: Velociraptor learning and Dino Storytime.

Week 2 Highlights: The Good Dinosaur movie day and Dino Gardens.

Week 3 Highlights: Pottery, DOArt Productions, and a Paleontology Experience!

Week 4 Highlights: Jurassic Bingo and Chad Crews Magic Show.

In honor of Memorial Day, all branches of the Jefferson County Library System (Wrens, Louisville, and Wadley) will be closed from Saturday, May 23rd, through Monday, May 25th.

We will return to our normal business hours on Tuesday, May 26th. We wish everyone a safe and meaningful holiday weekend!
