After much preparation, time and discussion, The St. Matthews Fire District Board of Trustees are proud to announce that Nick Clark was appointed the position of Fire Chief for St. Matthews Fire Protection District. We are confident that he will serve the community and the organization of the St. Matthews Fire Protection District and its employees well.

Nick has been a dedicated employee of the District since January 1999 and we look forward to his leadership as he continues to reinforce the long-time traditions of St. Matthews Fire, one of the preeminent districts in the Commonwealth. Nick assumed the role of Chief on Monday, August 1, 2022.
