In observance of Independence Day, City of Loveland Transit (C**T) operation hours will be as follows:
⚠️C**T buses will be in service on Friday, July 3 but not on July 4.
❌C**T offices will be closed on Friday, July 3.

City administrative offices and some facilities will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2026, in observance of Independence Day. Many City services will close or have altered schedules on July 4, 2026.

City Offices
❌All City administrative offices will be closed July 3. Utility payments can be dropped off or made online. For payment options, visit: lovgov.org/UtilityBilling. Pulse Fiber Internet customers can contact 970-744-4226 for 24/7/365 technical support.
Services
⚠️The Recycling Center will be open July 3 and closed July 4
⚠️City of Loveland Transit (C**T) buses will be in service on July 3 but not on July 4.

Things To Do
🟢Winona Outdoor Pool will be open.
🟢Visit Loveland's East Gateway Visitor's Center will be open July 3 and July 4 until 3 PM.
🟢Golf Loveland courses will be open July 3 and have altered hours July 4. Contact each course for course-specific closing times.
⚠️Chilson Recreation and Senior Center will be open July 3 and closed July 4.
⚠️Loveland Public Library will be open July 3 and closed July 4.
⚠️Loveland Museum and Gallery will be open 11 AM - 5 PM July 3 and closed July 4.
❌Rialto Theater will be closed.

Report a power outage, water or wastewater emergency or streetlight outage to City of Loveland Utilities. Report a power outage by calling: 970-633-1043. Report a water or sewer break by calling: 970-962-3456
For all other emergencies, always dial 9-1-1. For events that are not an immediate threat to life or safety, dial the Loveland Police Department's non-emergency line at 970-667-2151.
