August is Water Quality Month, and wildfire preparedness helps protect the water we all rely on.

City of Loveland Utilities monitors our watershed year‑round and uses real-time data to keep drinking water safe before, during and after wildfires. Crews and partners also restore burned areas to reduce runoff, ash and debris from entering local streams and reservoirs.

Strong wildfire readiness means cleaner, more reliable water for our community.
