Today, Crews participated in a drowning rescue and Mega Code training exercise at the Home of the Brave Park. These hands-on scenarios allow our crews to practice patient assessment and advanced lifesaving interventions in a realistic environment. Continuous training like this helps ensure we're prepared to respond effectively when every second counts.

Today, Unit 3 crews spent time training on drafting operations.

Drafting is a critical skill that allows firefighters to establish a water supply from a static source, such as a portable dump tank, pond, lake, or other natural body of water when hydrants are unavailable. Regular training ensures our members remain proficient and prepared to provide a reliable water supply in any situation.

The Q62 crew had the opportunity to provide entertainment for the Loveland Primary 2nd-grade class today.

🚒 Busy day for LSFD 🚒

Started the day with a working vehicle fire. No injuries were reported.

Quint 62 helped spray down the 2nd graders from Loveland Primary School to celebrate the start of summer.

Finishing the day off with trees down across our coverage area.
