🌽🚒 This past weekend, LFRA members and their families were proud to participate in the 130th Annual Old Fashioned Corn Roast Festival Parade, presented by the Loveland Chamber of Commerce!

We always enjoy the opportunity to get out into the community, spend time with our neighbors, and take part in a Loveland tradition that has brought people together for generations.

A big thank you to the Loveland Chamber of Commerce, the parade organizers, volunteers, and everyone who came out to wave, cheer, and celebrate with us. We appreciate being part of such a great community!

🚒✨ A very special surprise for a future firefighter! ✨🏰

LFRA had the honor of helping Kids Wish Network make a very special wish come true for 7-year-old Emmy!

Emmy and her family joined us at LFRA, where we got to surprise her with some exciting news: Kids Wish Network is sending Emmy and her family to Disneyland! 🏰✨

Emmy lives with myasthenia gravis, a chronic autoimmune disorder that affects communication between the nerves and muscles. Since her diagnosis in kindergarten, she has faced her medical journey with incredible strength and resilience—all while continuing to bring plenty of joy, laughter and imagination to the world around her.

And there’s another reason having Emmy visit LFRA was extra special: she dreams of becoming a firefighter when she grows up. ❤️🚒

Kids Wish Network is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating happy memories, inspiring hope and improving the quality of life for children who have experienced life-altering situations.

We were incredibly grateful to play a small part in Emmy’s big surprise, and we hope she and her family have an unforgettable adventure at the Happiest Place on Earth! 🏰🎠❤️

Today marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for LFRA’s 12 newest recruits as they begin the Front Range Fire Consortium Fire Academy 26-2! 🚒🔥

Over the coming months, they’ll be challenged, learn new skills, build strong foundations, and take some of their first big steps toward serving our community as firefighters. We’re proud to have each of them joining the LFRA family and excited to watch them learn and grow throughout the academy.

Good luck, recruits! Work hard, take care of each other, and enjoy the journey. We are cheering you on!
