Pheasant Hills and the City of Loveland are forever indebted to your service and your service was truly appreciated and you will be missed.
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of former Councilmember Kent Blair. Kent served on City Council from 2018 to 2023, bringing with him a wealth of financial expertise and steadfast commitment to ensuring the City's financial stability. His thoughtful leadership, sound judgement, and dedication to doing what was best for Loveland earned the respect of colleagues and residents alike.
Even after choosing not to seek reelection in 2023, Kent’s service to the community did not end. He continued to generously give of his time and talents as a member of both the Community Improvement Corporation and the Finance Commission, always willing to share his knowledge and experience for the benefit of the City he loved.
While Kent will be remembered for his public service and contributions to Loveland, those who knew him will remember much more. He was a friend, a trusted colleague, and a person who genuinely cared about his community and the people in it. His passion for Loveland was surpassed only by the love he had for his family.
On behalf of the City of Loveland, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Kent’s family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched. His legacy of service will endure, but it is his friendship, kindness, and presence that will be missed most.
