The vision of the Loveland Housing Authority is to expand housing resources to assure that all residents of Loveland have access to safe and decent housing; and to create and maintain an environment which encourages the realization of each person’s ability to manage their life with dignity. The Loveland Housing Authority is dedicated to excellence in management and in the delivery of services. The

majority of the individuals and families we serve earn less than $15,000 per year. We wrap supportive services and supports around our most vulnerable residents including seniors, formerly homeless veterans and children. About Riley:

"I’ve been with the Loveland Housing Authority since September 2022 in my Community Representative role and joined the Maintenance Team in January 2023. I’ve loved every day of it!

I have a degree in Marketing and enjoy building relationships with residents while helping create a positive community experience.

In my free time, I love spending time with my family, my daughter, our Goldendoodle, Parker, and our Australian Shepherd, Fiona. Whether we’re taking family walks, exploring new places, or squeezing in small adventures between extracurricular activities, we enjoy making the most of our time together."

Jacoby Meadows is nominated for a 2026 Eagle Award!

Loveland Housing Authority (LHA) is proud to share that its new senior affordable housing community, Jacoby Meadows, has been nominated for a Housing Colorado 2026 Eagle Award, one of the highest honors in the Colorado housing community.

Established in 1990, the Eagle Award honors individuals, agencies, projects, and programs that demonstrate extraordinary leadership and impact in providing safe, fair, and affordable housing for all Coloradans. Being nominated is a meaningful recognition of the work that goes into creating a community like Jacoby Meadows, and we’re honored to be counted among this year’s nominees.

Jacoby Meadows was developed in partnership with WORKSHOP8 and Pinkard Construction. The community provides affordable housing for seniors 55+ earning 30-80% AMI, supporting active living and aging in place.

LHA is also proud to be a sponsor of the Eagle Awards Ceremony. We’re looking forward to celebrating all of this year’s nominees and continuing our work to create quality, affordable housing in Loveland and the surrounding areas.
