The vision of the Loveland Housing Authority is to expand housing resources to assure that all residents of Loveland have access to safe and decent housing; and to create and maintain an environment which encourages the realization of each person’s ability to manage their life with dignity. The Loveland Housing Authority is dedicated to excellence in management and in the delivery of services. The

majority of the individuals and families we serve earn less than $15,000 per year. We wrap supportive services and supports around our most vulnerable residents including seniors, formerly homeless veterans and children. Aspire has been awarded $50,000 from the 2026 Larimer County Behavioral Health Services Impact Fund to support our Aspire Thrive Program! 🎉 This program provides resource navigation and care coordination to older adults, veterans, and veteran family members living in Loveland Housing Authority (LHA) communities.

We understand the confusion! We know that it can be frustrating and confusing to see available units being publicized while you are waiting on a waitlist.

Loveland Housing Authority does not market units that have a waitlist. Any units being publicized in any way do not have a waitlist.

So, how does this work?

We provide housing to low and moderate income individuals and families. Our “moderate income” units have less demand than our “low income” units.

Because of this, we have exhausted many of our “moderate income” waitlists. Thus, we must market these vacancies publicly.
