Today, we join over 800 law enforcement agencies nationwide for Breast Cancer Awareness by participating in the Pink Patch Project.
This innovative public awareness campaign allows our uniformed officers to wear a vibrant pink version of the department patch on their uniform. Allowing this change in uniform is intended to stimulate conversation with the community and to encourage public awareness about the importance of early detection and the on-going fight against this disease.
Proceeds from the LCPD Pink Patch Project will go directly to fund the research, treatment, and education needed to help find a cure.
We only have a limited amount patches left this year. Contact us to obtain yours and help support this cause. Pink Patch Project
