What does PCEDA do? Is this a necessary organization of the County and City, or is it Non-Essential?
PCEDA is a public entity that through community collaborative efforts develops, retains, expands, and attracts businesses that will strengthen and maintain the rural Nevada lifestyle.
Creating a vibrant and prosperous community where business and industry thrive.
Some of the stuff we (PCEDA and Heidi) dabble in, have created, promote, etc.:

o Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE).
o C-PACE is an innovative tool that helps commercial properties finance energy efficiency, water efficiency, renewable energy, and resiliency projects.
