PERSHING GENERAL HOSPITAL BOARD OF TRUSTEES VACANCY
Pershing County is accepting letters from individuals who live within Pershing County and are interested in filling an unexpired term on the Pershing General Hospital Board of Trustees. This is an elected position, and all applicants must be qualified electors of Pershing County. The term of appointment will expire December 31, 2026. Letters of interest should be submitted to the Pershing County Clerk, P. O. Box 820, 398 Main Street, Lovelock, Nevada,
89419 and received no later than Friday, June 12, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. For additional information, contact the Clerk at 273-2208.

The Pershing County Clerk-Treasurer's office will be closed on Monday, May 25th in Observance of Memorial Day. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, May 26th.

Voting is available at the Clerk's office and at the Grass Valley Community Center, Saturday from 10 a.m. till 2 p.m.

If you are an eligible voter, EASE is an easy way to get your ballot submitted!

Nevada’s Electronic Absentee System for Elections (NVEASE) is open for the 2026 Primary Election and voters are already using it.

In just the first week, nearly 200 ballots have been submitted through NVEASE by:

Military members and their spouses/dependents
Overseas citizens
Voters with disabilities
Tribal voters living on a reservation or colony in Nevada

NVEASE allows eligible voters to receive and return their ballot electronically, making it easier to participate no matter where they are.

NVEASE is available now at NVEASE.gov.

Official Ballots will be dropping in the mail stream tomorrow, April 30th!!

If you have made a change to your registration (precinct or party) after April 13th, we will be mailing you an updated ballot. Make sure you return the updated one!
