What a Night! 🚓
Thank you to everyone who joined us for our 3rd Annual Lights & Ladders event! This event is all about building relationships, educating our community, and providing a behind-the-scenes look at the work our first responders do every day.

From the use of force simulation and DUI demo to the mock traffic stop, crime scene station, and K-9 demonstration, we hope you had fun while learning something new.

We look forward to next year and can't wait to see you at future community events this summer! In the meantime, check out a few photos from the evening and see if you can spot yourself. 📸💙

This morning, first responders from across the region will come together to honor Harlem-Roscoe Fire Protection District Firefighter/Paramedic John Morgan as a procession departs from the Winnebago County Coroner's Office.

Community members may notice an increased presence of emergency vehicles and experience temporary traffic delays along the procession route, which will travel north on N. Second Street, east on Harlem Road, and then to N. Alpine Road before arriving at Sunset Funeral Home.

FIRST RESPONDER PROCESSION: This morning at approximately 11:30 AM, a procession of first responders will es**rt Harlem-Roscoe Fire Protection District Firefighter/Paramedic John Morgan from the Winnebago County Coroner’s Office. Happy last day of school! 🎓☀️

To all of the students, staff, and families throughout Harlem School District 122 - thank you for letting us be a part of your year. From classroom visits and school events to everyday conversations in the hallways, our School Resource Officers are grateful for the relationships built along the way.

Last week was full of end-of-year celebrations and community connections within our Loves Park schools, and we wanted to share a few photos from the events!

We attended Maple Elementary School’s “End of an Era” celebration as well as Windsor Elementary’s End-of-Year Bash. It was great to be a part of both events and celebrate with the students, staff, and families in our community! 🚒🎉

As we wrap up National Police Week, we want to thank our community for your continued support. 🤝

This week was filled with meaningful moments that reminded us why serving those in our community as LEOs means so much to us. From Cop on a Rooftop, to Police Weekend at CherryVale Mall, to thoughtful visits from local businesses and Girl Scouts, we truly felt the appreciation. 🚔👮‍♂️👮‍♀️

Thank you for standing with us. 💙
