Snow Emergency Parking Ban in Effect Until Thursday Morning

The Snow Emergency Parking ban remains in place until Thursday, January 29, at 7:00 AM.

Important Reminders:
- On-street parking is prohibited while the ban is in effect. Do NOT park on Downtown streets Wednesday night due to an overnight snow removal operation.
- Heading to the PWHL Boston Fleet game at Tsongas Center at UMass Lowell or the Lowell Public Schools Winter Concert at Lowell Memorial Auditorium on Wednesday night? Please plan ahead—on-street parking is not allowed. Drivers are encouraged to make use of free parking in any City garage during the ban. For a full list of City garages and their locations, visit: https://lowellma.gov/1228/Parking-Facilities
- Clearing streets is essential, especially with another storm possible next week.

The ban lifts Thursday at 7:00 AM, and drivers have until 9:00 AM Thursday to remove vehicles from City garages without incurring any costs.
