Repeal Public Law 89. And repeal the last one promoting Small Nuclear Reactors which forces all the ratepayers and none of the investors to pay for their "development".

FYI- All property owners in Indiana should know that now the Indiana Legislature has given Utility Companies the power of eminent domain. If your property has value to them as they expand their generation facilities that gives them the right to take it for a price that they determine.
