CMAA Young Professional Leadership Program

CMAA Young Professional Leadership Program Our programs have assisted thousands of immigrants to find jobs, take citizenship classes, manage their health, and help them start their businesses.

Since its inception in 1984, the CMAA has played an integral part in the community by fostering civic engagement and building social relationships in the Southeast Asian community. In 2012, to respond to the need to develop well-prepared and effective leaders in the Southeast Asian community, we created the Young Professional Leadership Program. In just one year, we’ve helped and mentored twelve c

ollege students and recent college graduates to gain professional, communication and leadership skills. At the same time, we try to instill in them of what it means to be a leader, gain confidence and a sense of pride in themselves and in their communities. These are extremely valuable skills that we are developing in our young professionals in order for them to be successful in their future, both personally and professionally!
