I have worked to make Lowell a place where businesses can grow, invest, and succeed. That’s why I eliminated the advertising and promotion tax, helping reduce costs for local businesses and making our community more affordable for entrepreneurs.

When we remove unnecessary barriers and keep the cost of doing business down, we create more opportunities for local enterprises to thrive and for our economy to grow.

I will continue working to make Lowell a great place to do business.

This town means everything to us.

When we launched our first campaign, my goal was simple: listen to your concerns, stay honest, support our town’s growth, and lead with kindness—no matter which side of an issue someone stands on. Treating every neighbor with respect and dignity remains my top priority.

I’m so blessed by the support you’ve shown me over the years. Thank you for taking care of Lowell and making this community what it is.

As Mayor, I have worked to make public safety a priority by expanding Lowell’s police and firefighting teams and ensuring that our first responders have the critical equipment they need.

When an emergency happens, every second matters. I am committed to making sure the men and women who protect our community have the staffing, tools, and resources necessary to respond quickly and keep Lowell residents safe.

Supporting our first responders means supporting a safer, stronger Lowell.

One of the projects I am especially proud of is the continued improvement of Lowell’s eastern sewer infrastructure.

The Puppy Creek Sewer Line Extension project included new 15-inch, 12-inch, and 8-inch sewer lines, and Springdale Water Utilities has now formally accepted the completed improvements.

This project is important because sewer infrastructure is foundational to responsible growth. Expanding capacity in eastern Lowell helps us better serve existing homes and businesses while preparing for future residential and commercial development.

During my time as Mayor, I have directed more than $24 million toward repairing and building new roads while also expanding Lowell’s sewer capacity. These investments are about making sure our infrastructure keeps pace with the growth we are seeing throughout our city.

Infrastructure projects like this are not always the most visible work happening in Lowell, but they are essential. They improve the reliability of important services, remove barriers to future development, and help us plan ahead rather than waiting for growth to create a problem.

I appreciate everyone who helped move this project forward safely and efficiently. This is the kind of long-term investment that helps position Lowell for continued growth and opportunity.

Promises only matter when they are backed by a clear plan, responsible budgeting, and consistent follow-through.

Here is how I plan to continue delivering on the priorities I have outlined for Lowell:

Parks and Community Spaces: We will continue maintaining and improving Lowell’s parks, trails, and shared spaces so that residents of all ages have places to gather, spend time outdoors, and connect with one another. We will also keep evaluating opportunities to improve access and strengthen Lowell’s connections to the regional trail system.

Public Safety: Keeping Lowell safe means making sure our police officers, firefighters, and emergency personnel have the training, equipment, facilities, and support they need. As our community grows, we must continue planning ahead and investing responsibly in the services that protect Lowell’s residents and businesses.

Smart Growth: Growth should strengthen our community and protect the quality of life Lowell residents value. I will continue supporting thoughtful planning that considers roads, utilities, public services, safe construction, economic opportunity, and the long-term needs of our city before development moves forward.

Strong leadership requires more than identifying priorities. It requires preparing responsible budgets, working with the City Council and department leaders, listening to residents, and following through on the plans we put in place.

That is how I plan to keep these promises and continue moving Lowell forward.

Lowell is more than the place I serve--it is the community I am proud to call home.

As Mayor, my work continues to center on three priorities that I believe are essential to Lowell’s future:

Parks and Community Spaces: Our parks and shared spaces should be welcoming, accessible, and enjoyable for people of all ages. I am committed to investing in places where families can gather, children can play, and neighbors can build stronger connections.

Public Safety: Every resident deserves to feel safe in their home and community. I will continue working alongside our first responders, city employees, and residents to support a thoughtful, responsive approach to public safety.

Smart Growth: Growth should strengthen Lowell while preserving the character that makes our city special. That means planning responsibly, improving infrastructure, supporting local businesses, and making decisions with the long-term needs of our residents in mind.

I care deeply about Lowell, and I am committed to doing the work necessary to keep our community strong, safe, and prepared for the future. If these priorities matter to you, I would be honored to have your vote and your support.

It’s official. I have filed for reelection as Mayor of City of Lowell Arkansas!

While I was at the Benton County Clerk’s Office filing my paperwork on Friday, a couple came in hoping to get married. I had the unexpected honor of officiating their wedding right there.

It was a meaningful reminder of exactly why I am running again. Public service is about people, their families, and the moments that matter most. Lowell is full of good people building their lives together, and it is an honor to serve them.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue working for the city and community I love. Let’s keep moving Lowell forward!
