⭐Spotlight Alert: Sovannak Men ⭐
We are incredibly proud to celebrate Sovannak Men, who has been a dedicated participant in our work experience program since 2023. Sovannak began his journey with us at the Bike Connector from July through December, and continued building his skills at the City of Lowell Elections Office from February 2024 to the present. After his first summer, he committed to year round participation, truly making the most of every opportunity to grow and learn.
Beyond his strong work ethic, Sovannak is known for his positive attitude and welcoming nature. He consistently brings an upbeat outlook to every space he enters and has a natural ability to make others feel comfortable and included. His kindness, approachability, and willingness to support those around him have made a lasting impact on both peers and supervisors alike.
Throughout his time with us, Sovannak has consistently demonstrated strong organization, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. He is a shining example of what this program is all about: creating meaningful, hands-on experiences that prepare young adults for success in their careers.
We are thrilled to share that in May, Sovannak accepted a full-time position with BAE Systems as a Microwave Technician II in the Electronic Systems sector. This is an incredible achievement and a testament to his hard work, dedication, and growth.
Sovannak, you are an amazing young adult, and we could not be more proud of all you’ve accomplished. We’re so excited to watch you continue to grow and succeed in this next chapter of your journey. Congratulations!!
