We would like to recognize EMTs Adam Fielding and Kyle Terranova for their exceptional work during a critical call this week in Lowell.

What was initially dispatched as an altered mental status call quickly became far more serious upon arrival. Adam and Kyle immediately recognized the severity of the situation and worked seamlessly alongside Lowell Fire Department personnel to provide rapid, high-quality patient care.

Thanks to their calm demeanor, teamwork, and strong clinical skills, the crew achieved a successful ROSC prior to transport, with the patient awake before arriving at the hospital.

Calls like these are a powerful reminder of the impact preparation, professionalism, and collaboration can have in the moments that matter most.

We are incredibly proud of Adam and Kyle and grateful for our continued partnership with Lowell Fire Department. Great work by everyone involved. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

We want to take a moment to recognize Xavier for demonstrating the values that define PrideStar Trinity EMS : dedication, professionalism, and compassion.

Earlier this month, while off duty, Xavier came upon a serious motor vehicle crash in Dracut and immediately stepped in to help, initiating care before additional responders arrived on scene. While the outcome of this incident was tragic, his willingness to act without hesitation speaks volumes about his commitment to helping others, whether on the clock or off.

Many of us already know Xavier as a hardworking and dedicated member of our team who consistently goes above and beyond. In addition to the work he does in the field, he also gives back by helping educate and mentor future EMTs through our EMT courses. His actions this week are another example of his selflessness, professionalism, and commitment he demonstrates every day.

Please join us in thanking Xavier for representing our profession and our organization with pride. Last week, we celebrated EMS Week by recognizing the incredible people behind Pridestar Trinity EMS. ๐Ÿš‘๐Ÿ’™

Throughout the week, our employees enjoyed BBQs at different bases, Free Ice Cream Friday, special events, treats and so much more as a small thank you for EVERYTHING they do.

We are beyond grateful for the dedication, compassion, teamwork, and commitment our crews show each and every day while serving our communities. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

EMS Week is all about being there for our community sometimes in ways people donโ€™t expect. ๐Ÿ’™

A new father stopped by needing help with his infant car seat and wasnโ€™t sure how to remove the base. Our crew was happy to step in, lend a hand, and help make sure his little one was riding safely.

Itโ€™s the small moments that remind us why we do what we do. ๐Ÿš‘๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿป

At PrideStar Trinity EMS, we are proud to recognize one of our own, Brian Luttrell, for his continued dedication to helping others, both on and off duty.
After more than 50 years serving in EMS and the first responder community, Brian is once again giving back by participating in a 120-mile bicycle ride from Quincy to Provincetown on June 27-28 to raise awareness and funds for the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Brian shared:

"Throughout my 50+ years in EMS, I've considered myself as a giver and not a taker."

That spirit of service continues today.

We invite our employees, partners, and community to support Brian and this meaningful cause. Any contribution is greatly appreciated and helps support the fight against MS.

This morning, we partnered with Dracut Police, Dracut Fire, Dracut Funeral Home, and Dracut High School for the annual mock car crash demonstration at the Lo Kai Restaurant parking lot.

This is a powerful reminder for students about the dangers of distracted and impaired driving. ๐Ÿš‘๐Ÿš“๐Ÿš’

This morning, we were proud to partner with the Dracut Police Department, Dracut Fire Department, Dracut Funeral Home and Dracut High School for the annual mock car crash demonstration at Lo Kai in Dracut, MA.

These demonstrations are designed to give students a real and powerful look at the devastating consequences that can happen when drivers are distracted or under the influence.

By bringing together first responders and community partners, we hope to encourage students to stay focused behind the wheel, make safe choices, and understand that every decision matters when driving.

Thank you to everyone involved in making this important event possible. ๐Ÿš‘๐Ÿš“๐Ÿš’
