We suggest the village residents be diligent in locking their doors, windows, vehicles, and garages. Take any valuables inside, don't leave cash, credit cards, purses or wallets in your vehicle. Also, stay alert to anything out of the ordinary. If it seems suspicious, call the police department to report it, and it will be addressed. Please, if you can park your vehicles in a driveway or neighbor's, do so. The Village Street Dept. will be out working to clear the roadways for long hours, it allows for more efficient removal of snow and laying down salt. 🚨Winter Storm Warning🚨

With the storm set to hit in the early hours of Sunday & continue heavily all through the day, we caution our residents to prepare accordingly. Limit travel and if you can park off the roadways, please do so. It allows our street dept. to treat the roads more easily and efficiently. Avoid the hills if traveling, allow extra time, check on elders and those who have medical conditions. Our street dept. will be on standby & be working through the weekend to clear the roadways.
