Did you know you can easily track the status of your federal tax refund? 📫

Simply visit IRS.gov/refunds to access the IRS Where's My Refund tool! You can also use this tool to check the status of an amended return.

The tool will show you one of three statuses:

1. Return Received: The IRS has received your return and is processing it.

2. Return Approved: The IRS has approved your refund and is preparing to issue it by the date shown.

3. Return Sent: The IRS sent the refund to your bank or to you in the mail.

⭐️ Note: This system is updated once per day. You can also use the official IRS mobile app, IRS2Go, to check the status of your refund.
