Films with Friends: TOMORROW, Sat., July 25 at 10:30am

Don’t forget to join us for our Films with Friends movie date!

We’ll have a private showing of Minions and Monsters at 10:30am at Premiere Cinemas.

BUDS will pay for our friends with Down syndrome plus one companion. All others who wish to join will be extended the BUDS ticket price of $8.12 per person.

Join us for a special B.U.D.S. Moms’ Night Out on Friday, March 13 from 6 - 8 p.m. at Teddy Jack's, 7205 Milwaukee Ave.

This is an evening set aside just for the incredible moms in our community. It's a wonderful opportunity to step away from the busy routine of everyday life, relax, and connect with other moms who share similar experiences and understand the journey.

Come enjoy a night of good conversation, laughter, and friendship in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. B.U.D.S. is happy to pay for appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages.

We hope you’ll take this time to unwind, recharge, and spend time with the amazing women who make the B.U.D.S. community so special.

**Bowling with Buddies is Back - Come Bowl with Us!**

In case you missed our February newsletter, let's get ready to bowl! Our 2026 bowling schedule is here and we can't wait to see our friends with Down syndrome hit the lanes.

B.U.D.S. will pay for our friends with Down syndrome plus 1 companion. As always, we will all enjoy a FREE pizza party while we bowl.
